Across the ASL Aviation Holdings group, our customers always come first. Whether that customer is a global express integrator, a major multinational online retailer, an international airline or an individual or family on one of our passenger services, our aim is to provide a service that is beyond their expectations.

We operate in a highly competitive environment and in an industry where customers have a choice. It makes business sense therefore to make our customer service the best it can be. But we don’t just serve our customers for the sake of business, we do it because we want to. Every member of the ASL team works for our customers because we are primarily a customer driven organisation.

ASL has customers that have been with us for as long as 50 years and we have customers that joined us this year, and all receive the same dedicated service.
