On September 18th, Team ASL was delighted to take part in the ALG5K Corporate Team Challenge around the Dublin Docklands.
The annual event, hosted by A&L Goodbody LLP in partnership with Athletics Ireland, brings together corporate teams from across the city for an evening of fitness, fun, and fundraising. This year’s run supported Depaul Ireland, a charity working to combat homelessness and support vulnerable communities across the country.
Our ASL team proudly lined up alongside hundreds of participants from the wider corporate community. The atmosphere was electric as colleagues pushed themselves on the 5K route, cheered each other on, and celebrated crossing the finish line together.
We are grateful to A&L Goodbody LLP for sponsoring the event and to Athletics Ireland for their excellent organisation. It was a privilege to take part in an initiative that not only promotes wellbeing and teamwork but also raises vital funds for such an important cause.
