ASL Group and ASLI Step Out in Support of Mental Health Awareness Month

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month and in celebration of ‘Wear Green’ Day, teams across ASL Group and ASLI came together to show support for a cause that impacts us all in some way.

Taking a step away from our usual routines, we gathered for a group walk, an opportunity to enjoy the fresh air, share time with colleagues, and focus on being present. The initiative wasn’t just about raising awareness; it was about creating space for meaningful connections and reinforcing the importance of well-being in our workplace culture.

With the sun shining and spirits high, the walk offered a welcome moment of pause and togetherness. To cap off the day, we embraced a simple Irish tradition, treating ourselves to classic 99 ice creams.

It was a small gesture, but one that reminded us that mental health support doesn’t always have to be complex. Sometimes, it’s as simple as a walk, a conversation, and a shared moment of joy. Moments like this help foster a culture where mental health matters every day, not just in May.
